image

Hola!  His birthday was last week on the 15th however today we celebrate it as the national day of observance for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  As we all know he was a leader, a freedom fighter and a man of great power. He served not only God but all of mankind. Take time out today and be of service to someone; donate money to the needy, volunteer your time or simply make a phone call to brighten someone’s day. Dr. King was all about love, let’s show respect and continue his legacy.  Thank you.

Porsha Williams struts her stuff in NYC all while looking fab! Her hair and makeup is always on point. However that burgundy fur vest and croc Birkin takes her look to a whole other level. Gimme!

Do you like?  If so which look is your favorite?  I can’t decide so I will just take both outfits please!

My Birthday and Broadway!

Hola peeps!  I don’t mean to brag or boast but today is MY BIRTHDAY! Normally I don’t make a big deal out of it but I must thank GOD for another year of life!  There has been some highs and lows; yet I’m grateful and looking forward to many more years!

This past weekend I had a pre-celebration with my beau.  He surprised me with a fab dinner and a Broadway musical–After Midnight.  It is set in Harlem in the 1930s–the jazz age of the Cotton Club and more!  The fab Fantasia and talented Dule Hill were the guest stars; Wynton Marsalis was the artistic director for Jazz at the Lincoln Center (the orchestra).  I cannot leave out the wonderful job Isabel Toledo did on the costumes, they were simply gorgeous.  Ok that’s it I won’t give it all away but trust me it is a MUST see!

Well that’s all for now, I’m off to enjoy my official birthday!  Enjoy your day!
