Hola! Once again Target bringing you another collaboration this time it is with Sam & Libby (economical brand of Sam Edelman). They announced it back in November however the line will be debuting this Sunday, May 5th. Surprisingly there hasn’t been a lot of buzz about this duo, nonetheless it is happening and I am pretty excited. As the temps continue to climb I’ve been on the prowl for cute sandals; now I can take my pick from gladiators, flats, platform heels and thong sandals. Hola peeps! Let’s just call 2013 Beyoncé‘s year because she has definitely been owning it since the beginning. It start with awards shows, to the Superbowl, world tour and now campaign ads, specifically H&M. We all new months ago that she was the new celeb face for their summer swimwear ads but now she has a video well a commercial for it as well. Yes they have collaborated with many stars in the past but I really think that this one is going to take them over the top and will bring more traffic to their stores. Hola! Are you tired of teetering around in stilettos {sandals}? You may or may not be but as a New Yorker there is no way that I can run around the city in them. Well there is hope for us all because the trend this season is chunky-heel sandals. These have the height of a high heel that some love but also the comfort/support of a wedge or even a flat. Hola peeps! I hope that this is a good Friday for you, spring tricked us here in NYC by giving us pouring rain and cool temps. Today’s sass features one of The Best Dressed chicas around—Solange. The pic is from Madewell’s Pre-Fall 2012 ad campaign but I feel that this look is a perfect transition into spring. I love the pops of colors and the polka dot shorts! I would rock this outfit any day, would you?
Hola! Today I am sharing one of my favorite lines for S/S 2013—Stella Jean. She is a young and super talented Italo-Haitian designer that started out as a model but eventually followed her heart to design clothes. A great deal of her inspiration comes from her multiculturalism and it shows! Here is an excerpt form the site:
