2011 Reflections

Hola peeps!  Well here we are the last day of 2011 and it feels so good!  Time to give thanks for all the past blessings and looking forward to the ones to come.  This year has been a whirlwind for SNC but I am so happy that you guys have stuck with me through it all.  I was looking back at pics that I took this year and there are tons that didn’t make it to the blog and/or the facebook fan page *btw if you aren’t a fb fan by now then you are really missing out*.  So I thought why not share them now—a perfect way for you to see some behind the scenes shots at shows, a peek into my personal style and the hair ‘dos that I rock on occassion.

I hope that you enjoy my reflecting back and urge you to share some of your moments as well.  What worked or didn’t work for you this year—fashion or hair?  Don’t be shy the only way that we can learn from one another is to share the experience.  Here’s to a great 2012 year head!!

Friday Sass—Deep Thoughts

Hola!  Happy Friday to you all! Today’s sass—Deep Thoughts is the last one for the year, it is fitting as my mind is focused on 2012.  Whereas I don’t make resolutions as I feel that I always have goals and aspirations that I am constantly striving towards it doesn’t make sense for me to attempt to put a deadline on it.  Therefore no resolutions for me; I will continue to push and work hard it will all come in time.

However, one of my main goals for the new year is to continue to bring you the best of SNC.  Stay tuned this journey is only going to get better!

Hot Couple—Kimora Lee and Djimon

Hola peeps!  I stumbled upon this fab pic of Kimora Lee Simmons and hot hubby Djimon Hounsou.  Kimora looks great with healthy curves and Djimon was definitely flexing his muscles.  However, I couldn’t help but fall for little Kenzo Lee’s puff—adorable!  This was taken on Christmas day as they celebrated the holiday in St. Barts.  Such a lovely family!

Do U Like—Bop Basics Turban Headband

Hola peeps!  I hope that you all had a very blessed, safe, and fun holiday.  I sure did, as I covered 4 states and 6 cities all in 3 days **note even counting the states that we rode through**!  Insane I know but it was worth it to see family and friends that I hadn’t seen in such a long time. Back home and back to biz it is!

Check out this Bop Basics Turban Headband that I am loving.  As cute as they look on others I was always a little weary of the turban trend *craze* for myself.  However, after seeing this hot pink number I just may give it a try.  Not sure If would rock this with my curlz or not but I can definitely make it work somehow.  So what are your thoughts—Do U Like?  If so, go here for deets…bonus: this comes in 7 colors.  Happy Shopping!
